The breakfast offered a fantastic variety that satisfied my whole family, including the teenagers. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and made-to-order items. Plus, the location was super convenient for exploring Florence on foot, with everything just a short stroll away!
In my wife's opinion, the room needed more lighting for a bright atmosphere. It would be great if they could also provide more hooks or space for clothing, especially with a busy family like ours.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the city center and train station. Highlights include a clean, well-maintained room and a wonderful breakfast that exceeds typical offerings in the US. However, the room felt rather small and lacked adequate space for luggage, and I could hear the noisy children from upstairs, which disrupted my peace.

Recommend it for families
Very nice hotel with staff that made my family feel at home. We had a really nice breakfast every morning, fresh bread with some amazing local jams that made every day special.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel Adriatico. The beds were super comfortable, and I loved the choice of pillows. The staff greeted me with warm smiles every day and were always ready to help with any questions. My room felt cozy and was well-cleaned daily. I appreciated the location, just a short walk to the train station and the bustling city center. I enjoyed sipping coffee by the river and exploring nearby eateries, especially Ristorante Pizzeria Maso, where the food was plentiful and reasonably priced. However, I faced issues with the WiFi. It dropped frequently, which was frustrating while trying to plan my day. The breakfast had a decent selection, but the coffee served was lukewarm, leaving me wanting more. The bathroom could use some updating. the layout felt a bit cramped. Overall, I had a lovely time despite a few setbacks.
