The location for Florence was convenient and perfect, just off the Ponte Vecchio bridge and the train station and airport tram and train/bus stations. There were a kettle, a writing desk, and thick blackout curtains in the rooms, which made them well-equipped.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a convenient location. It offered easy access by car with two convenient parking options. The hotel room was much larger than many others I have stayed in, providing ample space and comfort. The staff were lovely and helpful at all times, making my stay even more enjoyable. They provided excellent service, including room service and cleaning, and were always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel amenities were great, with a beautiful garden area and a leisure/TV room. I especially appreciated the spa and wellness center, where I could relax and indulge in a massage. The restaurant on-site also served delicious food, and the buffet breakfast in the morning was a great start to my day.
In terms of improvement, the hotel staff can be a bit abrupt and not as helpful when asked about different areas to visit. However, despite this slight drawback, I would still highly recommend this hotel to families.
